All our plots are ideally suited for retirement homes.

This means for a house of any size, from small and cozy with one room and one bathroom (also available as a prefabricated house in many variations) to a very large luxury residence with many rooms, garages, and a private pool. In addition to the security provided by fencing of the entire area and 24/7 security guards, you will enjoy peace and clean air with a very pleasant and healthy climate, which is particularly appreciated by older people. Everything essential is very close by. Shopping facilities, restaurants, sports such as swimming, hiking, and tennis, as well as basic medical care, the town hall, and the bus station are all within easy reach.

You will quickly discover one thing: Life in the Philippines is significantly more affordable than in many other countries.

The purchase of a plot of land can theoretically be completed entirely in writing.

However, we would, of course, welcome you to visit us in the Philippines and decide on-site what is best for you. Upon request, we can arrange transportation for you from the airport to our premises or to a nearby hotel and from there to our location.

We will take ample time to inform you about all the details. Even after you have made your purchase decision, we will be there for you. You decide where you would like our support or advice. If desired, we can also look after your property during any absences and perform tasks for you that you cannot or do not wish to do yourself.
