Location of Meili Sea Town

Meili Sea Town (MST) is a developed construction area in the south of Cebu Island, in the municipality of Alcoy, Philippines.

The complex consists of around 60 individual plots, with areas ranging from 100 sqm to 5,000 sqm. The area is in a very quiet location. It borders the sea and is a few hundred meters away from the coastal road. The entire area is fenced. Professional guards ensure high security day and night. The plots are developed with a concrete road, street lighting, as well as water and electricity.

By the sea, there is a park with sea access and benches, which is freely accessible to all residents of Meili Sea Town.
