Sustainable investment in land and real estate

In the Philippines, building land is increasingly being used as an investment.

Land prices have risen significantly faster than inflation in recent years. Our land therefore promises a good return and is an ideal addition to any portfolio, for both locals and foreigners.

Under Philippine law, foreigners cannot own land (though they can own the buildings constructed on it). However, the government has been planning to change this for years. Even now, foreigners can lease land. The lease payment is made with a single payment for 25 years, with automatic renewal for another 25 years, for a total of 50 years.

Locals can, of course, purchase our plots.

Tenants and Buyers have the same rights with us. Upon request, we provide tenants with a notarized document, an Irrevocable Special Power of Attorney (ISPA), which allows tenants to sell the leased land at any time and realize the profit.

Individuals or families also use our land as a replacement for or supplement to their pension funds. Before retirement, they purchase one or more plots of land (in the Philippines, this is also possible on an installment plan), and after retirement, they sell them one by one on an installment plan with a term of up to 10 years per plot. This means you will receive monthly payments, including interest for many years (depending on the contract).

We offer a wide range of investment opportunities, from small 100 m² plots up to purchasing the entire complex, including infrastructure and management.

Theoretically, foreigners can complete the entire land acquisition process in writing.

However, we would, of course, welcome you to visit us in the Philippines and decide on-site what is best for you. If you are arriving by plane, we can arrange transportation for you from the airport to our premises or to a nearby hotel, and then from there to our offices.

We will take ample time to inform you about all the details. We will also be there for you after you have made your purchase decision. You decide where you would like our support or advice. Upon request, we will manage your land and buildings during any absences and handle tasks you cannot or do not wish to perform yourself.
